Cancellation Policy
Wanaka Springs is a small, exclusive boutique lodge and cancellations affect us greatly. When confirmed reservations are cancelled within the following time periods, cancellation charges will apply: 30-7 days prior to arrival, one night's accommodation or 50% of the total tariff (whichever is the greater); and within 7 days prior to arrival, or when guests fail to arrive, 100% of the tariff.

Naturally, we will make every attempt to re-sell the room(s) in question and if successful a full refund of cancellation charges will be made. Guests are always advised to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unavoidable changes in their travel plans.
