Wanaka Springs Lodge is a non smoking environment. We are committed to running the lodge in a way that respects our environment and have been awarded Enviro Silver for our sustainability practices.

Cancellation Policy

Wanaka Springs is a small boutique lodge and cancellations affect us greatly. When confirmed reservations are cancelled within the following time periods, cancellation charges will apply:

• 30-7 days prior to arrival, one night's accommodation or 50% of the total tariff (whichever is the greater);
• within 7 days prior to arrival, or when guests fail to arrive, 100% of the tariff.

Guests are advised to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unavoidable changes in their travel plans.
