NZ's Yummy Lolly Cake Recipe

This is a very sweet treat!

100 grams melted butter
250 grams (1 packet) malt biscuits, crushed
Half a tin (200 grams) sweetened condensed milk
1 packet (160 grams) fruit puffs, roughly chopped
desiccated coconut

Mix together the butter, the crushed biscuits, the condensed milk and the fruit puffs.

Either, press in to a tin and sprinkle with coconut.  Refrigerate until firm and then cut in to squares.

Or, shape in to a log and roll in coconut.  Refrigerate until firm and then cut in to slices.
