100 grams melted butter
250 grams (1 packet) malt biscuits, crushed
Half a tin (200 grams) sweetened condensed milk
1 packet (160 grams) fruit puffs, roughly chopped
Mix together the butter, the crushed biscuits, the condensed milk and the fruit puffs.
Either, press in to a tin and sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate until firm and then cut in to squares.
Or, shape in to a log and roll in coconut. Refrigerate until firm and then cut in to slices.

We only stayed one night but were very impressed with the accommodation, our room was clean ,comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub in the garden. The town is a short walk away so we could leave the car and walk to the restaurants.
